Why Choose Me?

I manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, teach students at York University, mentor newcomers to Canada (and cybersecurity), work as a SANS GIAC Advisor, and volunteer with ISC2 and the Thalassemia Foundation of Canada (TFC). I come with a decade of IT experience, including incident management, infrastructure support, and customer success.

I’m an engineer by education but began my career working various roles in IT service, infrastructure and delivery, and customer success – from handling client escalations and managing incident response, to leading an incredibly capable team of individuals in successfully handling IT migrations for over 5 years. I am committed to ensuring customer success.

In my pursuit of continual learning and career development, I’m currently working full-time at Centennial College, on contract at York University, and extending my horizon pursuing the Certified in Risk and Information Control (CRISC) certification by ISACA. I am an alumni of the Rogers Cybersecurity catalyst program, which is a 20-week intensive cybersecurity training in partnership with the SANS InstituteRyerson University, RBC, Rogers and the Government of Brampton to obtain two certifications from GIAC:

As an ITIL certified expert in service management, I have shown that with my strong belief in ethics, factored with being reliable, loyal, adaptable, hardworking, and motivated to perform above and beyond expectations, I can be a valuable asset to any organization.

I love working in a challenging environment that is fast paced and dynamic as it provides the best opportunities to excel. Open to discussing opportunities in the computer networking and security industry.
